What does goodness mean to you?
Goodness is a very powerful word to me. The meaning truly lies within myself and within everyone. Being a Health Coach truly helps me guide and help people find goodness in themselves. Lets face it nutrition today is not only about food but about our daily lives. Goodness means finding goodness within and concentrating on life goals and not letting negativity become a distraction. Goodness is living your life to the best you can and to give not only for yourself but for others as well.

Where do you find goodness?
Goodness is all around us its all about focusing really well on digging deep. Its about working together in lifting each other up. We all need goodness to survive in this world. We need to surround ourselves with people who are more knowledgeable, happier and who will lift us up. Goodness is contagious in the way I think of it. Its contagious in motivating us to be better and letting it shine to others around us.
Goodness is what I have found already. Through my struggles in my past I have learned so much to shut out negativity and use it as motivation to do better. To prove there negativity does not exist! I am content enough to say I have found goodness in myself and goodness in others. What comes with being a Health Coach and Personal Trainer is helping clients get through struggles.
My motto is "Quitting is not an option it is a distraction you choose to quit but you control your future" . I not only teach my clients to never give up but to use that energy to push harder. Its until they hit that breaking point that I remind them of their goodness. That reminder lights a spark and they are right back on track! So to me Goodness is POWERFUL!
I am a certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer. The history to why I chose to make health my career was because I have overcome obstacles in my life, by teaching myself how to take care of my own health. After being diagnosed with hypothyroid , binge eating and other health issues it had led me to being 60 pounds overweight. Being on any fad diet possible nothing seemed to work for me until I had found something that just worked for me.
My love for cooking was ever since I was a kid I would always help my mother in the kitchen. When I was on the road to weight loss I had learned so many healthier alternatives and started playing around in the kitchen. It had led me to my Blog and Instagram Account @flavorful_fit.
I am now a student at Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC and cant wait to see what my future holds for me in the Health Food world once I am finished with my program.
After the birth of my second child I had lost 60 pounds through exercise and nutrition. I began to love fitness and how it made me feel and not only transform my body but what it did for me mentally. I found my outlet and now I want to help others find theres.
What I love about what I do is not giving someone a diet to go on but to really find what works for them and guiding them to a path where they are successful in whichever goals they choose to overcome. Showing them that eating healthy can be gourmet and tasty is one way I show my clients that is not so hard to overcome.
