Making the conscious effort to find things to be thankful for, no matter how small is an excellent way to become aware of the goodness in our lives.
What does goodness mean to you?
Goodness is living life paying attention, appreciating life’s wonderful things (especially the small and seemingly insignificant) and the beautiful people in it.
Where do you find goodness?
When I pay attention, I can find goodness everywhere! I particularly enjoy finding it in unexpected or less obvious places.
What are some ways we can become aware of the goodness in our lives?
I am a huge fan of making daily gratitude lists. Making the conscious effort to find things to be thankful for, no matter how small is an excellent way to become aware of the goodness in our lives.
