“I wish I could transplant your brain into my head, this way I can see things as you do,” said one of my friends recently.
For almost 4 years I’ve been paying extra attention to inspiring and uplifting messages that surround us –and then documenting and sharing some of my finds on Instagram.
This makes a lot of sense, and there is science to back it up. Neuroplasticity* research has shown that our Brain’s neuronal connections change according to what we repeatedly do/think.
What I’ve learned so far is that focusing on what lifts us up, what’s going well, our personal definition of goodness comes with a certain overflowing quality.
I promise you this, stick with it for a while and things will start to shift. And ultimately it will become the way you approach life. You'll be the same person with a new brain, thanks to this non-surgical brain transplant "tequnique".
